1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintFee ("the Service"), operated by Smart Infotech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintFee is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps educational academies manage students, collect fees, track attendance, share study materials, and generate reports. The Service is accessible via web browsers at app.mintfee.com.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to create an account.
One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features and student capacity. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the Free plan at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected.
Payments within India are processed by Razorpay. International payments are processed by Paddle.
All prices are displayed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing an educational academy.
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Not use the Service to store, transmit, or distribute malicious content.
Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to MintFee. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The MintFee name, logo, user interface, design elements, and source code are the intellectual property of Smart Infotech. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintFee and Smart Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
